Booking terms
The booking form on this website submits a reservation request. A request is not a confirmed stay until it has been reviewed and explicitly confirmed.
Availability
The calendar blocks confirmed stays and manually unavailable periods. A pending request does not guarantee that the dates will remain available until confirmation.
Rates and payment
If a public estimate is shown, it is based on the configured nightly rate and applicable booking settings. The final rate and any payment arrangements are provided with confirmation. No payment card details are collected on this website.
Confirmation links
If you receive an offer by email, review its total and stay details before confirming. Offers expire after 48 hours and dates are checked again when accepted. Confirming through the private link does not take payment. Your current status is available on the same private reservation page.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00 unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
House rules
The accommodation is non-smoking. Parties, events and similar gatherings are not permitted. Guests are expected to use the apartment and shared surroundings responsibly.
Cancellations
Cancellation conditions, where applicable, are communicated with the confirmed reservation because they may depend on the dates and rate offered.
Property access
Detailed arrival and access information is provided to confirmed guests rather than published publicly.
